One of the MM90's standout features is its exceptionally smooth one-handed positioning system, allowing surgeons to effortlessly reposition the microscope while maintaining focus on the surgical field. The integrated mouth switch control offers precise, hands-free operation, providing a level of responsiveness and control that sets the MM90 apart from other surgical microscopes.
The MM90 is also the only surgical microscope available with an 8:1 optical zoom ratio. Unlike conventional optical zoom systems, which typically reach maximum image resolution around the midpoint of their zoom range before plateauing, the MM90's expanded 8:1 zoom allows resolution to continue improving over a much larger magnification range. The result is sharper, more detailed visualization throughout the procedure, giving surgeons greater confidence when working around delicate anatomy.
